These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Jamie Lee Spencer, trading as Business Anatomy™, a sole trader based in Scarborough, Western Australia (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide business coaching, mentorship, online courses, and education programs tailored to oral health professionals, dental hygienists, and allied-health entrepreneurs.
Our role is to guide, educate, and support you — but the results ultimately depend on your commitment, implementation, and business actions.

2. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in AUD.

• Payment is required in full prior to program commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe, ThriveCart, or Go High Level.

• Subscription or payment plan users authorize recurring payments as outlined during checkout.

• We do not offer refunds except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Confidentiality

All personal, business, and session-related information shared with us is treated as confidential. We do not disclose any details unless required by law or with your written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All program materials, digital assets, frameworks, videos, worksheets, and systems provided through Business Anatomy™ remain the intellectual property of Jamie Lee Spencer.

You may use these resources for personal business growth only. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

5. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes. Coaching and training are tools for growth — but results vary depending on individual effort, market conditions, and implementation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services or reliance on program materials.

You accept full responsibility for your business decisions and actions taken based on our coaching or training.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited at our discretion.

• If we must reschedule, reasonable notice will be provided, and a new session time will be arranged.

8. Online Courses & Access

• Access to online programs is for individual use only.

• Sharing login details, course content, or materials with others is not permitted.

• We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms without refund.
  

9. Data & Privacy

Your personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and GDPR requirements for international users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
